Troom has the ability to constantly monitor our clients’ portfolios in order to ensure that their targets are being met, and that opportunities for capital and income appreciation are not overlooked or not fully utilised.

This service also includes the option for us to search for new propositions for development or investment.  It is in this sphere that we find our practise of allying ourselves with local market leaders when operating abroad particularly rewarding.

Where a client is either unable or unwilling to itself invest or develop in a particular situation, due to lack of funds or expertise, Troom are often able by reason of their client base and market knowledge to source finance and/or joint venture partners.

This facility may be of particular interest should the client own an existing site/property which could benefit financially by being developed in concert with an adjoining one.

Where there is a need to coordinate, prioritise and plan major programmes of work Troom provides the expertise and resources needed to ensure continuity and continuing cost-effectiveness. Our role is, necessarily, very flexible since programme management needs change over time and at different phases in delivering the plan.
