Troom provides full planning, design management, project management and construction services for residential developers in the UK and overseas. Our involvement extends from the disposal of sites for residential uses through the feasibility and planning stages to the full project and cost management of quality residential developments.

Although we work with house-builders to resolve complex planning, logistical and construction issues the majority of our projects are, typically, high-specification residential apartments in major urban centres in Britain and elsewhere. In each case we work closely with our clients and the design teams to reach solutions that maximise the value of the development site and can be constructed efficiently using the most appropriate procurement route.

Troom is not only involved in new-build residential projects but provides expertise in refurbishment and conversion of older properties, including listed buildings .
